Where our protein comes from

When we first changed our food habits lots of people asked us about how we were going to get enough protein. Here’s the answer:

It’s our wall of beans and whole grains. In the containers are black beans, lentils, black-eyed peas, brown rice, red lentils, pink beans, kidney beans, quinoa, popping corn, garbanzo beans, black lentils, navy beans and pintos. Putting these in our diet along with leafy green veggies more than takes care of protein in our diets.
